
Grape variety: 100 % Syrah
Soil: Clay-limestone terraces with rolled pebbles from the Rhone River in the commune of Pont de l’Isère. Northern Rhone Valley.
Winemaking/Maturing: Fermentation in truncated conical thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, gentle punching of the cap and daily pumping over. Maturing in new barrels and barrels of several wines.
Tasting: Silky and velvety wine, very representative of the Nothern Rhone Valley syrah, with fineness and structure. Red fruits and liquorice notes, coated with a nice oakyness.
Food pairing: Beef rib eye, plate of cold meats.
