Soil: Clay-limestone terraces with rolled pebbles from the Rhone River in the commune of Pont de l’Isère. Northern Rhone Valley
Winemaking/Maturing: Fermentation in truncated conical thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, gentle punching of the cap and daily pumping-over during maceration. Maturing on fine lees in tanks and barrels of several wines.
Taste: Fine delightful and warm with velvety red fruits notes. A pleasant wine.
Food pairing: cold meats, veal roast, plate of tapas, cheese
